8 Hour Bi-yearly Tune-up

Service Description

Post assessment - We've toured the condo and have a redesign plan of what need to be shined up, replaced or fixed. The VRT 8 hour plan is for labor and service fees. We bring in a supplies and tools. Additional items need to be brought in will be itemized and priced. and will be sourced and presented prior to this appointment, for client approval. All items vetted. Delivery, Vendor monitor. 50% deposit required. Balance due at the completion of services. Additional hours - $75 per hour
